Employment
When commencing new contracts, with the agreement of the client we may approach some members of the existing workforce, this enables us to ensure continuity of service by using their knowledge of the premises to our advantage. All employees are required to wear company overalls or tabards and are issued with company I.D. cards.
Additional operatives are recruited by the use of local newspapers and word of mouth. All potential employees undergo a screening process prior to interview at our office, this screening includes:-
Ensuring all employees are U.K. residents for at least two years.
All employees are able to speak and read English.
Employees have no criminal record.
Taking of references and checking of experience.
