Management Structure
The chart below shows a breakdown of our management structure. One of our Area Manager's will attend client's site upon commencement of contract and liaise with the client's contact until the site has been settled and the contract is running smoothly. After this time the Area Manager will visit monthly and quality control check sheets will be completed, copies can be made available to the client on request.
The Area manager will visit and liaise with the client's representative monthly thereafter either by staying in the building in the morning or by appointment during the working day. The Area Manager will at this time carry out a check of the building with the client's representative and copies of check sheets are returned to our office.
