Each appliance will be given an identification code (barcode label) which will be fixed to the unit, these will be scanned and downloaded to a computer. All items will be identified by this method and a certificate of pass will be issued on completion of work.

Any failure will be identified and reported to the client, we will await client confirmation to rectify any defects. Items which fail will have a failure identification label afixed.
