Policy Overview
AG Group is an established business which has enjoyed continued growth over the past twenty years primarily through personal recommendation.
It is common practice however, for the principal to discuss the financial aspects of the organisation with prospective clients who have approved the AG Group as a contractor from which tenders will be invited.
The organisation employs on a full and part-time basis to execute its operations throughout the London and Home County areas supported by quality supervision, a monitored quality control system and proper lines of communication within the business administration.
Our objective is to achieve in all of our contracts, be they large or small, a consistently high level of service, by doing so we hope to maintain contracts long term and build a healthy working relationship with our clients.
We feel that, as a growing Company, the level of management involvement, including that of the Managing Director, with all of our contracts reflects in the attitude and commitment of all staff at all levels of operations from administration to operatives. As a result of this involvement we have a high level of staff loyalty and a low turnover in staff numbers. Many of our supervisors have years of first hand experience within the industry and are subsequently involved in the training of new operatives and in the operation of quality control, giving care, attention and eye for detail.
From our 26 years experience we have learnt that many of our clients have better things to do with their time than become waylaid with the day to day general running of their premises and we aim to fulfill our obligations and provide a high standard of service whilst involving the minimum amount of your valuable management time.
