Quality Control

Our quality control programme runs in unison with our training programme, as we know that only when operatives are correctly trained can they provide the required standard of cleanliness.

We undertake to use only brand name materials, where possible 'GREEN' environmentally friendly products and equipment and to make available to our operatives all necessary supplies. All machinery will be checked and maintained to ensure both the safety of our staff and to achieve the optimum performance. Supervisors are made aware of requirements in order that all terms and conditions as laid down in cleaning specifications are adhered to.

By the use of a "check-sheet" system standards can be effectively monitored and areas requiring attention can be highlighted, ensuring that prompt action is taken when necessary, before a problem leads to a complaint.

On site supervisors carry out random inspections at a frequency agreed with the client - usually more frequent in executive, prestige and sensitive areas - report forms are then handed to the area manager for assessment. Any evident problems are then dealt with by the area manager and supervisors either by liaison with the client or by reallocation of labour.
